Privacy & disclosures
Information you send
Event and sponsorship forms collect your name, email, city and message to review and respond to your request. Contact details are not published with event listings and are not sold. Avoid including home addresses or information about children.
Downloads & measurement
Free downloads require no signup. We count downloads and supply-link clicks in aggregate. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are installed.
Maps, videos & support
Maps use City of Portland boundary data and OpenStreetMap tiles. Your browser connects to the tile provider when maps load. Video thumbnails are served from this site. Pressing Play loads a YouTube embedded player, which can collect playback information and show ads; creators retain ownership. External Watch on YouTube links remain available. Optional support links, when activated, send you to an external payment provider; we do not collect payment details on this site.
Neighborhood ratings
We collect neighborhood, season, candy-size category and numeric scores, without names or home addresses. A first-party cookie helps keep one rating per neighborhood per season per browser; updating replaces your prior rating. We store a hash of this random identifier, not your IP address. These are unverified community opinions, not safety assessments. Clearing cookies can bypass duplicate controls.
Advertising
Paid placements will be labeled Sponsored. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon shopping links are affiliate links.
Listings & residential displays
Listings link to organizer sources. We do not claim to have visited every venue. Residential displays require permission before publishing individual addresses.
